This extrusion profile is a small dimension V shape channel, with cover as LED diffuser. It is made from high quality silver anodized aluminum, designed to, work as heat sink, help manage heat dissipation of flexible or rigid LED strips and prolong the lifetime of the strips. It also provides a rigid housing for the LED strips, protecting from water, dust, UV radiation, weather conditions, and other unwanted damaging elements. The aluminum channel with diffuser establishes an amazing beautiful look, helping provide better light diffusion, achieve dotless line of lighting, and avoid glare.
This aluminum channel is typically corner mounted. It can be mounted using double-sided tape, screws, or mounting brackets. Mounting brackets can work as connectors to install two aluminum channels next to each other.
EASY ASSEMBLY .The LED aluminum channels and PC covers can be easily cut with a regular chopping saw, so you can cut them into any length you need to fit them in place. Simply stick the adhesive backing of the LED strip lights into the channel, snap the diffuser lid on it and mount the channel anywhere you want.
Multiple uses: perfect for indoor use, e.g. Showcase, under cabinet, truck outer skin, window, door frame, bar, staircase etc., ideal for 3528,5050,2835,5630 LED light bar mounting. It is recommended to choose 120 bead light strips.
