It supports a door weight of up to 90kg and is suitable for door panel thickness ranging from 4cm to 4.5cm. The kit includes all the hardware needed for hanging the door (excluding the door itself).
The large wheel suspension is made of corrosion-resistant carbon steel. Equipped with three layers of spray-plastic silent pulleys and 6002z double-sided steel bearings, the rolling is quiet and smooth. The screws used are 8.8-grade high-strength self-tapping quenching screws.
The adjustable roller limiters can be fixed at any position on the track, and there is an anti-jump disk between the top of the door and the bottom of the track to prevent the roller from jumping out of the track, enhancing safety. The sturdy floor guide ensures stable door movement without rocking back and forth.
The damping device serves as a buffer, effectively slowing down the speed during the opening or closing of the door, achieving a silent and shock-absorbing effect.

1. This product includes only the barn door hardware kit and does not include the door itself.
2. It can only be used on a sturdy wall, such as a brick wall or concrete wall. If installed on a non-load-bearing wall like a hollow brick wall, concrete/wood support may be required.
3. If there are baseboards/door casings on the wall, it is recommended to add carpentry decorative boards and extension accessories.
4. To avoid measurement errors, please ensure to leave an additional 1cm of space during budget calculation.
5. The default size is for a door panel thickness of 4-4.5cm and a smooth wall without protrusions. If the door panel thickness is not standard or there are protrusions on the wall, please confirm the dimensions before purchasing.
